If you have placed an order that you need to cancel or change, please call the store directly at 540-953-2675 so we can address your needs. If the order has already been shipped, you may not be issued a refund for the shipping costs. We do not retain customer credit card data, so a card number will be needed to issue a refund.
Defective Product: If you have purchased an item that you believe has a defect, please reseal the bottle and bring it back to the store at your earliest convenience. One of our staff will sample the contents and when a flaw has been identified we will issue a full refund or replace the bottle at no charge.
Over Purchasing: If you have excess product and wish to return unopened bottles/ cans, please return it to the store with your receipt for a refund. Bulk returns in the event of excess product after large events will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please bear in mind that any items with water damaged labels or that are suspected of being damaged from sun exposure or extended heat contact cannot be returned.
